Business Development Representative

Represent Oakwell Workforce Ltd by visiting warehouses, factories and industrial businesses to introduce our staffing solutions, build relationships and create new opportunities. Earn more, make an impact, and grow with a rapidly expanding recruitment business.

Your Role
  • Visit warehouses, factories, distribution centres and industrial businesses
  • Introduce Oakwell Workforce Ltd to managers and decision-makers
  • Distribute business cards, flyers and information packs
  • Explain our staffing solutions and services
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities
  • Record site visits and feedback
  • Arrange follow-up calls or meetings where appropriate
  • Build professional relationships with potential clients
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Confident speaking to managers and business owners
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Previous sales, recruitment, field marketing or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
